I usually focus on your IDENTITY first. We work together to clarify WHO you are based on your core values, your Gallup Strengths and Enneagram results.
We are often stuck because of our thinking and false identity patterns. Self-awareness is the soil where confidence and influence grows.
You can then choose to continue with defining your vision and "end in mind" for the next 90 days. This looks like creating new habits, working on blind spots and setting measurable goals in 2-3 areas of your life.
